So Im the first to admit...Ive never enjoyed reading books. I have stuff to do, time is money and I never quite have the attention span to sit down for more than a few minutes to read something. This gives me one spot to go to and interact with others on substantive material. I now enjoy reading!

Ev Williams et all have built a high quality product for sharing ideas with a thoughtful community.

Every time I open this app, I find myself engaged. The writing, reporting and opinions always seem interesting and seemingly connect to me. Its also nice not having to wait for ads, photos, a video player, Tweets and other embeddables to load. The content is rich. I dont have time right now to come here once a day, but when I do find the time, its always a positive experience. I also tend to share a lot of stories.

...is that, after 2-finger swiping to read the pages text, Siri will often stop reading at the end of a paragraph, and fail to continue onto the next. Other than that, this app is excellent, and a fine example of well considered minimalismalismism

Have made numerous unsuccessful attempts to sign in and get started with this App, even deleting and re-downloading. It shouldnt be this difficult, really. Was the developer a former Microsoft employee?!

Otherwise the app is great.

I absolutely love this app, and the content it provides. Its structured to allow independent writers with a platform to share their thoughts and ideas, and everyone can be an "independent writer." The quality of the content is determined by other readers/writers. You may not like everything you see, but Medium allows voices that arent ordinarily heard to speak.
